Cuando era pequeño, me contaron que mi abuelo Pepe había muerto. Más tarde, descubrí que había emigrado a Argentina después de la Guerra Civil en busca de mejor fortuna. Mi abuela María nunca supo nada más de él. Sola, tuvo que salir de España para criar a sus tres hijos. Ése fue el comienzo de la diáspora familiar que nos mantiene repartidos por el mundo. Pepe el Andaluz es un viaje contra el tiempo y el olvido. Una historia que sólo plantea interrogantes y esconde descubrimientos inesperados: piezas de la imagen fragmentada de mi abuelo, de quien sólo tengo un mapa incompleto.
