The mysterious Steinmetz has a special power, the ability to create things, even living beings, out of nothing, purely through the power of thought. However, his method is still not perfected so he approaches a famous brain surgeon who may be able to help. When the doctor rejects his request, Steinmetz gets his revenge by creating his doppelganger… A bizarre, Minimalist mind game-film adapted from an obscure novel by Valdemar Holst, in which we can sense the atmosphere of the haunted hospital of Lars von Trier.
