TITANIC 2019: A Dog Called Money
irish-english documentary, 94 min, 2019
in English with Hungarian subtitles

Show times:

Director: Seamus Murphy

Music: Polly Jean Harvey
Cast: PJ Harvey

Seeking first-hand experience for her ninth studio album, English singer-songwriter PJ Harvey accompanied award-winning war photographer Seamus Murphy on his reporting trips, joining him in Afghanistan, Kosovo and the poorer quarters of Washington, D.C. to talk with locals and let their stories inspire her song lyrics. Back home in England, the words became poems, songs, then an album, 2016’s 'The Hope Six Demolition Project', which was recorded as an art experiment in Somerset House, London: in a specially constructed room behind oneway glass, the public were invited to watch the five week process, while Murphy exclusively documented the experiment for his film.

Ticket: 1600 HUF
