The film tells about the events of 1918 taking place in Moscow. In the midst of civil war, famine, devastation. The Kremlin is working hard on the government of Soviet Russia under the leadership of Lenin and Stalin to bring the country out of the crisis. Lenin finds time to meet with walkers from the people. An important episode of the film is the meeting of Lenin and a fist from Tambov.
